Franke Coffee Systems UK has a National Network of engineers. Our team is here to support your business and operate 7 days a week all year round.
The team at Franke continues to grow to support recent business growth. This allows us to to attend all calls within a 24 hour period. All engineers are trained by Franke and all vans are stocked to ensure a high first time fix rate.
Franke support our partners to define their required coffee taste, based on the blend, drinks range and cup size. Once agreed the same settings are applied to each machine within a group to ensure consistent standards of coffee are delivered from each machine every time.
Along with our reactive calls we also carry out water filter exchanges, boiler inspections and annual services of the coffee machines.
Our field based team is supported by our head office staff. There is a customer support team, answering calls and scheduling engineers ensuring that we attend your call within the required time.
Prior to dispatch each machine will pass through our workshop and all drinks settings and customer specific requirements will be applied. The pre delivery inspection process reduces the time on site for install ensuring our partner’s machine is servicing coffee as soon as is possible following the install.
Our Franke Engineer Training Academy is also based at our St Albans Head Office. All engineer training takes place on site by our extremely knowledgeable training team. Training for engineers is split between hands on field experience and classroom learning.
We pride ourselves on making sure that our engineers have not only completed the full training program to highest standard but also feel comfortable and confident working on the machines.
This ensures all of our field based engineers have the required knowledge and skills to deliver for our partners.
